"Pretty chill inside"
I dunno, the vibe inside was just really relaxed. Not too loud or overwhelming, which I appreciated. Just an easy place to sit and hang out for a bit.

"Friendly staff, but a little hit or miss"
The staff at Windy City Cannabis were nice overall and greeted me when I came in, which I appreciated. One person in particular was really helpful and answered my questions without making me feel silly for asking, always a plus, honestly.

After that though, the whole thing felt a bit rushed, like they were trying to keep the line moving, which I get, but still. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not the warmest visit either. Average overall.

"Easy check-in, but directions could be clearer"
Check-in was super quick, probably took about two minutes, and the security staff were chill. I felt safe the whole time, but I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer before arriving.

"Decent deals, but you have to wait around"
The deals are okay, but nothing really blew me away. The discounts feel kind of random, so you end up checking back over and over like you’re being forced to be patient just to maybe catch something decent. It’s fine, just not as exciting as I expected.

I was surprised by how much they had on the menu. Flower, vapes, edibles, all laid out in a way that was easy to compare without having to click around for ages, which some places seem to make way harder than it needs to be. I found what I came for quickly and ended up noticing a few new things I might try next time...

"Convenient location, but the site gets on my nerves"
The only reason I keep using windycitycannabis.com is because the location works for me. It’s close enough, and I can usually find a nearby shop and check what they have before I head over.

But the website is way clunkier than it should be. I don’t know why they make people click around so much just to find basic info. It feels like they haven’t bothered to make it easier, which is frustrating.

Overall, it’s fine if you’re nearby and just need something convenient, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience. They really need to fix the site instead of making customers deal with the hassle...

I ordered online and my pickup was already ready by the time I got there. The staff checked my info quickly, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. If you’re trying to save time, I’d definitely recommend doing pickup this way. No long wait, no confusion, just a smooth experience overall.

I stopped in and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The floors looked good, the counters were wiped down, and even the waiting area seemed like someone actually cared about it. It wasn’t messy or packed, so I guess that automatically made the whole visit feel better to me. Just felt easy and comfortable being there

Overall, it was a decent spot. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the parking. I had to drive around for a bit before I found somewhere nearby, which wasn’t a huge deal, but definitely not ideal if you’re just trying to run in quickly. Seems like it would be better if the parking options were a little more obvious.
